"There might be some unmet need or issue stemming from the past that you never addressed. We tend to blame factors in our life as a problem and ultimately we put tremendous expectations on our loved one to make us happy, when it is an issue with ourselves. At times like this it can progressively get worse if the issue is not addressed and people we care about can get hurt in this period of self exploration."
I might agree w/ some people around.

Someone 2ts bout my feelings
Am feeling sad and lost

I feel like looking at my life from the outside. I have a good life though was tough one. I was really blessed having my family although we're not rich but we have enough. My childhood wasn't appealing but i was happy. I finished my university degree w/ my own effort and i didn't regret it at all. Met my hubby & built my family of my own. We're together for so long now. Kids are grown up. Financially doing fine, as well as hubby.
And find it a nice balance between being a mom and working outside the home. I enjoy my job. So, . . why do I have this constant feeling like my life is miserable, missing something, its as though there is this void that needs to be filled. I couldn't sleep, was very restless, and felt angry when I really had nothing to be angry about.
´been evaluated for depression & don't have to be desperately sad or suicidal to be considered clinically depressed, and treatments can make a difference. hmmmm...Maybe I'm just restless with my routines, eh? Sounds like a mid-life crisis, as my close friends called it.
Some told me " Normal. You have focused on many areas, but your marriage (MAYBE) has taken a back seat to some of your other "duties" and is now showing signs of neglect. You are a mom, you enjoy your job, but be honest, did those things take away from your marriage and your husband? It is good to have a life in balance, but maybe now is the time to change that balance and really work at the marriage - make it a priority. We suspect you didn't ever get to the bottom of the "rocks" that you hit before, just learned ways to cope with them or steer around them. Go back and start looking at those rocks again."
Guess, i try to seat and think what's wrong w/ me really? Will tell you later what's the outcome.

Can Long Distance Relationships Really Work?

Distance cannot, and will not hurt a bond between two people that is based on mutual respect, trust, commitment, and love.
Love & relationships make your life special, and that ones built on love & understanding are always worth preserving, regardless of the miles that may separate two people.
Commuter marriages, online dating, bicoastal romance, long distance love on the Internet...
Fact is that million of couples worldwide are coping with long distance relationships & the number still increasing!
Yummy Phillipine delicatees RICE CAKE
Here's one of our delicious BIKO ( a glutonous rice) recipe were one of my reader ask for.
Enjoy the experiment and Good Luck! Ask me more for more palatable filipinos dishes.
Traditional biko in the Philippines consists of malagkit (glutinous) rice, coconut milk, sugar, and usually mashed cooked ube (purple yam). Whenever cooking the biko is suggested you could always hear the collective sighs of cooks nearby. For it is quite hard to do with the constant mixing and stirring involved to prevent the bottom from scorching until the malagkit is thoroughly cooked. It was a major undertaking each time biko is cooked. However, you can pre-cooks the malagkit to cut down the cooking time drastically and to have a more even consistency of the malagkit. Great idea, I thought and promptly forgot about it for years until I started making this.
In our gatherings among friends in Stockholm, we would always watch out for one's biko. It is almost always sold out at the end of the party and people would include it in their take home bags everytime. I love the treacly-molasses like taste with just enough sweetness blended in. Therefore mashed ube is out and muscovado sugar is in. I must stress that you should use the latter to achieve that scrumptious taste. If not available, use grated panucha or if absolutely desperate use dark brown sugar.
Biko Macapuno
6 rice cooker cups malagkit (glutinous rice)
5 rice cooker cups water
3 x 400gm cans coconut milk
500 gm muscovado sugar
1 x 340gm/12oz bottle of sweetened macapuno (mutant coconut)
[Optional] Although in my opinion this does not need any more garnishings, you may add the traditional topping for biko - the latik.
*To make latik: Boil a can or two of coconut milk. Lower heat and simmer until the coconut renders fat and sediment sticks to the bottom of the pan. Once the oil renders and separates from the sediment you may stir it from time to time to keep it from burning. When the sediment becomes dark brown, remove from heat, drain the oil and scrape off the sediment. This sediment is now your "latik". Put about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp mound of the latik on top of each of the biko squares. (The coconut oil can be used for other dishes or as a natural body and hair moisturiser - but that's a whole different topic).
Variation: Add slices of sweetened langka (jackfruit) to the sauce together with the macapuno. This will make the biko more aromatic.
Note: A rice cooker cup is equivalent to about 2/3 cups.

Those who'll read my blog, i want to let you know who i am.
I will start from the day when i remember what life is. I probably be crazy in my early age, but i know somewhere behind tha back of my brain, is kind a smart.
You will know why and how it happens?
But first, i will introduce myself to ALL outhere, to people who know or don't know me. And i do hope that, you understand my explanations as my language now are more complicated.
Am a humble, nice, gigly and sorta flirty sometimes. As my mother often called me "Igat" or "langaw pulag lubot" fly w/ a redbutt" he he... I was baptized w/ a spanish names, that i really don't appreciate it. Ma. Caridad, waaaaahhhh...an old fashioned name.
Anyway, the youngest child of 6 from a middle class family. I guess, i am blessed, though the tough life i had. My family is so strict then. Dad is more calm while mum is like a tiger. We, kids were so scared when mum was on the go.

Remember, the civil war? that many of you outhere don't even know that this happens in the Philippines? Yeah! Takepan is a very tiny area in Pikit North Cotabato. A 4-5 hours drive from Davao City. Am not quite sure the population then, i might guess around a thousand inhabitants?

She has no rigors or shaking chills, but her husband states she was very hot in bed last night.

A black baby is given a pair of wings by a fairy...
Baby: Does this mean I am an angel?

Do He Loves Me?
In my previous blog, i wrote about loving someone miles away. But then, i wonder if he really truely love me?
Here's some thoughts! whether miles away nor near! Listen to every word he/she says!
Love brings behavioral changes in human beings. If we observe a person who is in deep love, we would definitely find the basic changes in him/her at the first glance. However there is no certain set of rules that can be applicable to fathom out whether a man has fallen in love with another woman or vice versa. During our childhood days, we get contented with the sense of material love but with the passage of time, it is the fragrance of romantic love that allures us the most.
here are many people who lack expressing their feelings through words; instead they express through actions. Suppose you meet a boy who could not express his feelings to you in words but gifted you something very romantic, you must praise his action and speak about that gift while interacting with him afterwards to carry the relationship further. If he has feelings for you, he would definitely gift you on many occasions in future too.
A man truly loves you if he makes you feel special by offering you flowers or any special item whenever you meet him. He would ring you not only at casual hours but also in odd hours…even at the dead of night. It is because he wants to feel your presence and would like to spend some moments with you. He would even sacrifice his other friends for you, because he values you more than anyone else. He would always pay heed to your words - what you say and what you feel. The sound of your television set may be at the peak but he would find way to listen your words.
Apart from these characteristics, he would be passionate for you, would show interest to hug or kiss you, touch you and would like to have a very intimate and personal relationship. So, if you find any of the above ideas similar with your present boyfriend, you can rest assured that he truly loves you.
I DON'T KNOW IF U GUYS AGREE... SOMETIMES WOMEN INSTINCT RULES...
