But here's some way to think more positive than just mumbling all the negative thoughts we have:

1) Look on the inside & try to focus positive things in your life

2) Prove those negative thoughts wrong. Think Mother Nature, she will be there for you.

3) Now for the outside. Hard to think, but hey! just feel your beautiful things about yourself. Find stuff that appeals to you.

4) Determine why your life sucks. What things make better. Make a few goals and try to find ways to get there. The first step is the hardest, getting help or admitting you need it.

5) Goal & motivation. I know it's hard to fullfill but keep thinking of those energy who gives you motivated.

6) Remember that this is only one part of your entire life. There will be a tomorrow. There will be a next week. There will be a next month and maybe by then, you'll be feeling better.

***You are in control of your life and though it might get worse, it'll get better eventually.

** To "go for it," simply get up and do it.
**After you think positively, your whole views change about the world and you tend to look on the other side.
** Talk to others about how you are feeling.
** If you feel something is lacking in your life, try giving back to others.
** An oft-forgotten piece of common sense... Everything you don't like about yourself is something that you can fix.
** Remember to be completely honest with yourself. The rest will follow.

** Don't get lost in self-pity. Remember you have the ability to change your outlook and your situation.
** Resist the urge to act out moods on those around you. Instead, write, confide in a friend, do something creative or physically active.
** If you feel persistantly sad, unmotivated, anxious, hopeless or fearful, seek professional help. You may be suffering from a mood disorder such as clinical depression.
